As recompense for financing the litigation and covering the legal risk, JuraPlus receives a success related fee of 30%. First of all, any legal costs (lawyer, court, expert etc.) which are not imposed on the adversary are deducted from the proceeds of the litigation. JuraPlus will then receive 30% of the remainder.
