JuraPlus AG provides civil litigation funding for individuals and businesses, in which we assume the entire cost risk for a share in the litigation success.

We provide funding for claims with a good chance of success, with a value in dispute of at least CHF 300,000 and filed against a solvent counterparty.

Based on a careful review of the facts and legal issues, following the conclusion of a litigation funding agreement we shall cover any procedure-related costs, such as legal fees, court sureties and charges, recovery and enforcement costs, as well as the costs of compensation to the counterparty in the event of defeat. JuraPlus AG will only receive a fixed percentage if the case is won; thus JuraPlus AG will solely assume the financial risk involved.

JuraPlus AG sees itself as an independent and reliable partner for its clients. We strengthen our client’s position effectively by assuming the legal risk until the end of the proceedings.
